    Chest pain?

It sounds like gas, I get that same feeling daily in the morning and sometimes at night as well. Walking and deep breathing help me. I feel like its gas so I take gas x strips

    GAS !

Gas x strips after meals or baby gas drops before meals helps me. I also do a lot of walking after every meal. I take omeprizole every morning
  5. Thats great! Today is the first day O feel that I may be able to meet my required fluids, but you're tummy sounds like its doing awesome. I definitely want to hit the ground running but that pain brings me back to reality real fast! Good luck
  6. Its been 5 days post op and I hate this liquid phase. Ive been walking but I have this burning pain near the main incision area, its painful to get in amd out of bed. Other than that everything seems to be okay, the reflux and gas suck but walking definitely helps a lot. I hope to be happy like you soon! Please tell me this burning pain goes away!
  7. Incision pain for me is the worst. They also gave me shots in my stomach for nausea or something so that could also be the reason for soreness. If I wasn't sore I think Id feel so much better. But again the pain is like a sore tender burning sensation. Its gotten better as the days have progressed. I walk around the block after every "meal" to help with gas and reflux. Already overdid water this morning
  8. Yes my pain is from muscle pain as well. Cant wait to get back to normal!
  9. Same thing here, not sure why but Im assuming its due to surgery and will go away
  10. I felt great the first day and now I feel awful since Ive been home. Burning pain in incision area, super sore and tender. Keeping things down. Its super hard for me to get fluids in.
  11. I was sleeved Tuesday and Im in so much burning pain in the incision area. Especially getting up amd sitting is painful. I'm able to keep things down butI hate the feeling I get when they do. HOw long will this last? If I take my liquid pain meds they will male me constipated, so I dont know which is worse.

Social worker here, working on self care! I work for a school with a lot of people and I'm not comfortable telling anyone my business, but if you've ever worked at a school you know how people gossip. This is my biggest concern regarding the surgery. I know I shouldn't worry about what others think but I'd be lying to myself if I said I didn't. Anyone else feel this way?

I'm in the low carb diet too, this weekend will be tough but I'm sure the liquid diet is a lot tougher, looking forward to sept 1st! I think. . .
