That happens to me but with water and my protein shake I come back to feeling better and also at gnc I got non flavored isopure and it's a double wannnie I drink my fluids and water at same time know and I stay hydrated and fell amazing but I know that feeling your going thru !

That's about normal I'm 3 weeks out of surgery and on my second stage well I'm supposed to but I still can't hold down foods so I'm only consuming less than 600 and I'm 3 weeks out of surgery don't get frustrated were all different and it just takes time you'll get their -
It's almost over the liquid diet is the hardest part surgery will be super fast just did mine 7/23 I'm 22yrs old and I feel fabulous ! I'm down 30 lbs
