Hello my name is alaina im just starting my journey
I'm getting the sleeve done april 2016 oh I live in new jersey central jersey. My insurance requires 6 months of supervision I have uhc. Is it true if u go to the cardiac doctor 4 months before I will have to do it again .someone
Said 3 months before I get the surgery make the appointment and this is also a requirment.i here so much stuff with thisinsurance . I did call them the lady said the health provider has to have some code from my doctor and they look the requirements up but the doctor or sectaŕy has to call not me. Well thanks for letting me join this wonderfull group wishing everyone well on their journey and congrats on those who had got the procedure. Alaina
