Need some Tips on slowing down my eating

I had my surgery August 26th and I have been having a real awful time I'm now on stage 3 and it's been really hard for me . You can only have 3 bites five times a day& for some reason I eat fast & that doesn't go well. It makes me real sick???? Does have any tips ? -
