My VSG was Tuesday August 18, 2015. I cam home on Wednesday afternoon. Today is my first full day at home. I am focusing on walking, vitamins, protein and water. I am not doing well getting more than 4 oz in an hour. I am getting full. Gas X strips are a big help.
