At my highest weight of 278 pounds I can say that I've finally reached a turning point.
How I've got to 278 pounds is quite obvious. You've all heard it before. So I won't bore you with it.
However, I would like to touch on some of the strong holds that obesity has on my life.
Depression, High BP, Low self esteem, sleep apnea and Rejection by Society...just to name a few.
Of all of those strong holds, not one hurts as bad as knowing that my 19 year old is ashamed of been seen in public with me. But that's okay. I still love him. For Greater is my reward.
I have a wonderful relationship with Jesus. He's my keeper, my all and all.
I Love you Jesus!!!
I have a wonderful husband who treats me like Queen. But he's also concerned about my health.
He's been on this journey with me from the beginning. I love you Doug!!!!
My surgery is scheduled for September 2nd. Getting a little scared and worried. Remember me in prayer.
Wish you all the very best!!
