    Any August 31st Sleevers?

29 lbs since the 31st? Or including pre-op? If that's not including pre-op, that's insane!! Either way, congrats to you! That is not including pre-op! But my SW was higher than most at 394... So that's probably why. But I am thrilled either way ????
  2. The same thing happened to me about a year after my lap band surgery. My fiancée and I were on our way to NYC and I got so nauseated on the train I had to lay my head on his lap. By the time we got to Penn station I was laying on the floor crying from the pain and nausea! I was able to catch the next train home with my fiancée feeding me sips of cool water the whole way. Long story short, I had my gallbladder removed the next day as emergency surgery. My surgeon told me if he had not taken it out, I would not have been able to eat or drink without extreme pain. Take my advice and get it done ASAP! Please don't end up like I did in the middle of Penn station scaring the tourists lol
  3. I noticed about 3 days post-op that my feet were super skinny! I know its strange but I was absolutely elated. Some of my flip flops come right off now when I'm walking in them. I wanted a skinnier waist , but if I have to start with my feet, that's fine too! ????
  4. @@leighannnn1791 I'm sorry you didn't like them! My favorite flavor right now is icy orange and I'm trying the green tea this evening. I'll let you know how it goes lol
  5. @@leighannnn1791 have you tried ready made isopure? It comes in a bunch of juice flavors

    Any August 31st Sleevers?

I'm August 31st too, and glad to hear all of you are doing well for the most part! I write in my phone everyday my intake so I can see how I'm doing. I've been getting 45gms a day of Protein which is below the 60-80 I should but its getting better. I debate if I should drink Water or the protein at any given time since I don't have any hunger pangs yet. The random gas pains are my biggest issue. I finally went out shopping today and was able to walk around for about an hour, with breaks in between. I go for my follow up on Tuesday and can't wait to see how much weight I've lost so far!
  7. I had surgery on 8/31 as well, and it can get a little boring being on the liquid phase. But to help me push through, I drink different flavors of protein drinks (I use isopure), and try to add different seasonings to my broths. Just take it a day at a time and you'll be done before you know it! ????

Congratulations on your weight loss so far! I need to get a scale, its one of the things I forgot to pick up before my surgery! My 1 week follow up is on Tuesday and I'm curious to see if I lost anything yet. ????

    Any August Sleevers?

Anyone have any other tips for the gas pain? I've been walking around and sipping, just got home from the hospital today. I can burp but it seems I can't get the lower gas out yet.

    Surgery at 10:30am Help

I am having my surgery in 17 hours, and while this is my third surgery ever, I feel like my emotions have not caught up to me yet. I go back and forth between slight nervousness and nothing at all. Like all the months of work to get to this point which once seemed like an eternity are now just a blink of an eye. I believe what you're feeling is normal and I wish you the best of luck on this rewarding journey!
  14. @@Trayjay33 thank you so much for your kind support. I'm very excited for my future with this revision and I'm glad to hear you have had a good experiences!
