I am 2 months post op and not losing..I have lost 26 lbs..so far.. I have a few questions and I need some input from others..Please help...
I am soooo tired all of the time and I feel hungry all of the time.. I crave sweets and that is a big downfall of mine..Question...why can't we have caffine? Energy drinks?
Also, I am so afraid I am doing things all wrong and I will mess things up...Can this be done? I walk every morning and every evening and using the fit bit..Getting close to 10000 steps a day..but nothing seems to be happening..I have been the same weight for 10 days now and feel I don't eat much of anything.
I can't stand the Protein shakes...I get my protein with Core Power..It has 20 grams of protein and I drink at least 3 - 4 a day..Is this a good enough way to get protein without shakes? HELP
