I was 98kgs and I'm now 68, I've lost 30 KGS, (66lbs) I'm 172 cm, and my legs are skinny, my chest is very skinny you can see my collar bones a lot, and my ribs at times. However I have a big stomach, it will not go away. My average ideal weight is 65, I still don't think my stomach will be no where near flat even at 65, what is my issue?? How can I get a flatter stomach, I do drink a lot of Diet Pepsi, but even without it ( for 2 months) nothing seemed to change.. Help

Tips to loosing the last few pounds
confusedgirl18 posted a topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I need to lose about 20 more lbs any tips to get there! I've been waiting for so long for this moment and it's just taking ages!!! Also how long do you think it's going to take? ( I know each person is different)b -
How do I stop snacking!!!! This is a really bad habit, I eat so many times in a day that my calories add up like a person w/o surgery!! I've been stalled at 74.5 kgs for about 2 months now and I really want to get to my 70-65 goal weight. P.S I'm on a low carb diet, ( keto) and I still snack a lot on nuts, turkey wraps, cheese slices, atkin bars. Although it's low carb it adds up calorie wise.

Sorry forgot to specify what kind of snacking, but I'm on keto ( lchf) and I still snack a lot even tho it's low carb they all add up

I feel like I've stopped loosing weight I'm at about 74 kgs ( 163 kgs), my original goal weight was 132 lbs but I'd be happy with 143... Any tips to start weight loss again? It has been 7 months since my surgery... I've lost about 55 pounds, I really want those 20 more pounds to go, I'm so desperate I'm thinking of starting a low carb diet once again. Any other tips?

Stopped loosing weight
confusedgirl18 replied to confusedgirl18's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
@@confusedgirl18 You weren't doing a low carb diet before?? In weight loss mode, you really should be staying away from processed carbs and only getting about 50 grams in the form of dairy, fruits (although those are high in carbs) and veggies. I was at first , but I stopped for a while -
I've been eating so much / frequently, a lot of carbs .. How do I stop

What do you prefer? Unflavored Protein made with flavors ( fruits bananas peanut butter) Or vanilla protein made with flavors? I have a vanilla protein and an unflavored protein, the vanilla protein has a weird taste to it though...

Protein shakes
confusedgirl18 replied to confusedgirl18's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I mixed my vanilla flavored one with peanut butter and banana and a bit of cocoa powder it was so good -
I eat an egg for breakfast with cheese Then I eat a meal at lunch time that usually includes a carb ( brown rice, pasta, quinoa) with protein ofcourse And then at dinner time I focus on eating things without carbs like only protein...and for a snack I have a banana and sometimes nuts...do you think I'm consuming too much carbs that I won't be able to lose fat? I can stop eating any carbs at lunch but I don't know

Surgery done August 4th, stalling again. PLEASE ANSWER VERY DESPERATE
confusedgirl18 posted a topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Is anyone stalling again? I'm stalling at 167 pounds I've lost 48.4 pounds so far. I had my surgery on August 4th, I've stalled once in the 3 week stall, but I really want to lose 33 more pounds maximum!! Idk if I could do it in 5 months! Is it the way I'm eating? I eat everything but in small amounts some days healthy some days not. I still eat carbs, but still get my protein in. I don't track calories but I have not gained any weight, and some days I eat nothing and other days I eat a pretty good amount. So is anyone else stalling? And do you think it's possible/logical to lose 33 more pounds in 5 months? What do you guys suggest! -

confusedgirl18 replied to confusedgirl18's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Well, first I suggest you start tracking your food and Fluid intake. And I mean track - measure, don't guess. It sounds as though you don't have a clear idea of what you should eat or how much. You should have gotten that preop from your surgeon, NUT, or RD. Second, are you exercising? How much? Third, stop trying to set your bar for success based on this many lbs in that amount of time. Focus on goals you have control over, like whether you exercise a certain number of minutes each week or track your intake X days out of seven. I excersize every other day, with classes such as spinning and going to the gym, sometimes I can't for weeks because of exams or because I went on vacation, but overall I'm not sitting on my ass all day you know? -

confusedgirl18 replied to Sherri1964's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I've lost 42 pounds but I've been messing up a lot...especially yesterday so hopefully today back on track I got mine on August 4th, 2015 -
I know everyone is different but I think people can determine arbitrary if I'm on the right track or if I need to get my shit together I started out 216 pounds on August 4th Now it's Nov 9th and I'm 173.8, so I've lost about 42 pounds in 3 months.. I haven't been working out every single day because I'm in exam season and I'm really stressed and on a time crunch..have I not lost enough weight? will I stop loosing weight now that I lost 42 pounds? My goal is to be 132-143 pounds, which means I'll have to lose 42-31 more pounds...do you think that's possible? Or is my goal too high? Problems: I eat carbs

mini binge - anyone else?
confusedgirl18 replied to ForLfKlovr's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
To be honest, in my opinion I had this surgery so I wouldn't be completely depreived of food like I am on the diets that I always use to Go on, I say moderation if you feel like eating something sweet you should, but maybe once in two weeks or something idk -
today idk why but I've been eating so much, every couple of minutes I go take a bite of something, and eat something, like this has only happened today but every hour or 30 minutes when I stop feeling completely full I'd go eat something. Has this happened to anyone else?
