Hello everyone, I am a 28 year old married male with a one year old daughter. I have always struggled with my weight. I lost 90lbs whilst at university through exercise and calorie deficit in 9 months but since then the weight has crept back up and no matter how hard I try I cannot do it again so I have booked in for gastric banding on 9th October 2015 to help me pursue my goal weight.
