I found out about BariatricPal through my counciling / dietary classes. I've just finished my classes and been approved for surgery by the shrink. Now I'm waiting for the surgeon appointmemt. Getting kind of anxious now not knowing when and happy and excited all at the same time. Sometimes I feel like I'm too old to have this surgery, but want to enjoy doing things with my grandkids and I can't do it now. It's scary in some ways because I;m afraid I'll not be able to lose the weight like I hope to. I'm looking for some support from people who have done the surgery and their experience.
