    Wow - can it be real?

    I had RNY in early July and am just starting to be back to normal. I ended up pulling an internal staple the 2nd cause I thought I ok to bend and clean, laundry, ect. Just be careful for the first month.

  7. For me it was recovering. You have to rest your abdomen. I wasn't good at that and pulled a stable. ;( added 2 more weeks to heal.

    One month stall, beating myself up.

    I'm going through a stall now at 5 weeks out. I'm upping my fluid intake and trying to up the exercise. It's frustrating cause I'm following the plan to the letter. Getting in 70-90 protein a day, under 50 carb. Just pushing through this.
  9. I'm 5 weeks and had no hunger at all until about 2 weeks ago. I have slight twinges of hunger, but could be the head hunger. It's so hard to tell. It's nothing like the pre surgery hunger. My stomach gurgles too. Especially when I eat.

    What did your protein, carbs, fats, and calories look like around this time? Mine: 650-800 cal 70-90 protein 50 or less carbs and 40 or less fat grams. I have been stalled for over a week and very frustrated!! 33 down.
