Hockeyfan, I started a food journal today to see what exactly I'm eating. I hope it helps and I get back on track. I had such a bad experience with my lapband for 5 years that I am so worried about this surgery and how I progress. Thank you for the responses!

Shrinking peach, its been 3 weeks tomorrow. I'm counting calories and protein. And its about 750 to 850 calls a day and 60 grams of protein. Is it just because I'm now on soft foods?

I just started soft foodsI'm sticking with the Dr's plan and I'm worried. I started at a lower weight and my surgery was a revision from the lap band. and two days of it and I've gained 4 lbs. Is this normal?
