Hello, i had surgery 5-27-15. I did 6 weeks on opti- fast, i got 9 boxes left over. The weight loss was slow, the men lose fast. It is just not fair. -
Hello, I'm Karen. I had the sleeve May 27th. I had to do 6 week on opti-fast before surgery. I'm close to Chester County PA. The first two days after surgery kicked my butt. Pack comfortable clothing and robe. Be ready to start walking as soon as u can. I'm 9 weeks out and still burping lots. I do need to push myself to walk more. Do not be nervous you will do fine.
