I'm doing great as well. It's so wonderful to hear that you have been doing great and no complications congrats on the weight loss I know you feel great!!! How much more until your at goal? What are your go to foods? While I have made it to goal weight everyday is still a struggle eating. Still I am grateful for this tool. I have children and they eat relatively healthy minus a few breakfast choices they don't have a lot of junk food but I find myself wanting sweets lol. So it's a daily battle so far I'm winning. Lol. I love the flavored tuna packs and lunchables minus the crackers those are my go to foods. -

Sleeved August 12 down 41 pounds and 5 pants sizes weird the scale and inches are in two different places I don't mind though I'm only 20 pounds from docs goal and 10 from mine no complaints -
What should I eat? She ( my NUT) said steak I tried it, and now I'm up 2 pounds. How long does it take more "dense" protein to digest? I really don't like the feeling it gave me I only had 2 bites.. On top of that Its that time of the month and I want to eat eat eat.. I have only slipped twice eating some cottage cheese and ham, and a piece of cheese another time. How can I stop the time of the month food hunger?
-
Thank you .. I used to love steak .. I still don't like the heaviness.. I will try it again .. I also will try the sugar free chocolate pudding. I can't wait til this next couple of days go by. I never like having a time of the month lol
-
good job at making it twice ???? Thank you .. I'm trying for more .. I didn't think it was that difficult lol I thought I was being dramatic .. Work your way up...that's what I'm doing...slowly getting back into going to yoga and using the treadmill and bike. And try to find something that you like. I LOVE yoga so it doesn't feel like a workout but afterwards I can feel the work I put in. I still think it's awesome that you're trying. Good for you! Thank you. I will try to find something new.

no bread or pasta I'm going to try to salad soon ..

only time you get denied is if you don't follow thru with their specific requirements. Like the pre op meal plan or if you gain over 10 pounds pre op they are going to think you unable to make the lifestyle changes needed to be successful. -
What were your favorite first "solid" foods?
lachellove replied to FocusOnMeNow's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I loved the on the go tuna packs. Cheese with lunch meat. Cottage cheese with diced ham. Eggs with ham and cheese. Shredded chicken breast with 0 calorie taco sauce and melted cheese and lime. Mashed cauliflower with Parmesan cheese and baked chicken and shrimp. Lol just a few
