n I also have 2 petite sisters they are supportive well after strongly suggesting I just get a tummy tuck lol ... But I to have had been on the roller coaster aka weight struggle since I was 12 .. I'm all nerves right now mixed with excitement I just can't wait to wake up after and start my journey.. I get my surgery on Wednesday the 12th.. -

Yea my doctor told me about that but made a joke that since he's bald he doesn't really worry about that .. But we can't take any supplements regarding hair and nails because it has to much vitamin a

Yay!! Should be soon I got my date the day I met my nutritionist that was Thursday .. Goes by fast ..

I don't have shakes in my diet at all I have a meal that consist of protein I.e meat cheese eggs etc. starch fruits veggies and one tsp of fat my surgery is on 8/12

Yea it's weird I need the support but ended up being more scared. I will keep you updated keep me updated as well. Where did you have your surgery?

I'm getting sleeved next week I also have developed some concern about this .. It's taking everything out of me to call the surgery off I'm that afraid but I also realize everyone is different and out body types are different so complications vary.

I was also told it would be a life time tool. I'm a little confused I will ask my doctor about the sleeve losing its effectiveness after a certain period of time.

I also have my share of anxiety when it comes to getting sleeved. I get my sleeve next week and I'm getting nervous as I do my research and i see people having complications I just try to keep in mind that everyone is different. I was also curious on hair loss that some people have complained about.
