I'm 5 weeks post op today, been in a stall for 2 weeks now my Doc says it's normal and continue getting my protein/water in...

I'm 3 weeks post op "bypass" and been walking mostly but I've only lost 27 pounds since I started this journey.. It feels like I'm not doing something right, Not sure what to do. When did you get the OK to really work out?

When reading a Nutrition Facts label what exactly are you looking for what's considered bad/too much? Fat% Sugar% Calorie% Sodium% Carbohydrate%

Hi all I'm 7 days post op and I'm at the soft food stage and looking over my food list it says eggs but my dietitian suggest I hold up on the eggs thinking I would get sick I'm not sure I was really looking forward eating eggs I was wondering have any of you experience dumping from eggs at this stage

Katjohn Walking is difficult sometimes I can walk from my bedroom to my kitchen and will feel like I have ran a mile breathing hard out of breath smh this process is going to take some time and I am NOT going to rush it, so move slow so we don't have to go back to the hospital for any reason Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk

Katjohn hi I'm so excited to be at soft foods, a little disappointed when my dietitian tell me to hold up on eggs I was really looking forward to those. I'm looking for other options for Protein drink I'm so over Premier Protein shakes... I having problem going to sleep at night I wouldn't say its anxious just hard to fall asleep before surgery I was asleep around 11 -11:30 now I fall asleep around 1 -2:30 in the morning but overall im so excited to be healing and moving better I lost 15 pounds so far I'm very excited Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
