Hi All! I had my VSG 8/14 and I'm down 21lbs in 12 days!! Doctor advanced me to soft foods and allowed a few oz of Pinkberry yogurt for a treat! Yummmm!!! I'm so proud of myself!!!

So I love Peanut Butter cups!! Will there ever be one in my future? I found organic white chocolate ones by Justins. Any thoughts?

I'm 5 days out of surgery and going bananas because I'm EXTREMELY hungry! Is this normal? Called my dr and he told me add my Protein and cream Soups. Well that didn't work either. I feel like I have a bottomless pit. Anyway.....any good advice or jokes are welcome! ????

1. Surgery 8/14.....after you wake up from surgery you start feeling regret......Its normal so don't worry. 2. I had issues with nausea....horrible...i just kept throwing it up and it subsided. 3. I was released yesterday 8/15 came home sipped Protein and immediately felt better. 4. Still have gas but the more I walk and sip the more it passes out. 5. Just happy to be home and doing my sips of broth & Proteins. 6. Will follow up with more after my nap ????

wanted to mention please discuss adding any foods to your diet with your doctor first. My healing process and tummy may be different from someone elses. Jus sayin ????

Ok peeps so I'm 5 days fresh out of surgery.......well my doc gave me the thumbs up to add fish and pureed veggies only as dinner per day the earlier part of the day I'm on liquids as usual......eating the fish and veggie puree did the trick immediately!! I couldn't even eat 3 baby forks of fish and veggies but it solved the hunger. thank god!

Is it normal to feel nervous, sad and irritable? Also, My surgeon didnt tell me to do a liquid diet just not to eat after midnight before surgery. However, I did the liquids going on 2 days. I'm just all over the place.....????

if i had a dollar for everytime i heard that I'd be super rich!! Lol. my thought is that they know we will actually lose weight and become healthier and it will kill them inside. Lol. No worries! Go girl you got this!! ????????
