    I am going through the exact same thing! I am about to have my last visit with the nut next week and I have actually gained a pound or two in these 3 months! I have Cigna and I dont think they require me to lose any weight but its still frustrating!

    Isnt the recovery time from surgery about two weeks. Thats an awfully long time be off work and not be paid. I dont know what Im going to do.

    Im so happy 4 u! I just completed my sleep study this morning. All I have left on my to do list is a meeting with my pcp next week a ekg on the 24th and my last nut appointment on the 25th. Im hoping to get sleeved by my birthday also which is 10/22! Im also having my surgery at U of C by doctor Pratchand.

    I have my sleep study tonight. I am anxious to get it over with because Im almost sure I have sleep apnea and it I will almost be finished with my requirements!

    Yeah I quit cold turkey on July 4th! Not one Black n Mild since. It hasnt been as hard as I thought even though I get lots of cravings at work when people light up. You can do it because it is definitely all worth it in the long run!

    You should start meeting with a registered dietician asap because most insurance policies require a 3 to 6 month supervised weight loss program.

    My sleep study is scheduled for 9/3 which will make me almost finished with requirements! Im sure I have sleep apnea I just hope this doesn't delay the process as I am impatient! Had my second of 3 Nut appointments today with just one left!
