Hi I'm Ari and I will be posting my VSG full liquid hacks along with other various recipes as I continue my journey. I am officially 2 weeks out. The other day I did a chicken tortilla soup hack with Swanson's chicken broth & strained mild salsa. Mix today I used isopure 40 gm protine coconut water 1/2 frozen banana and 1 scoop of isopure 0 unflavored protine powder 26gm protine blended on high in my nutribullet and it's very smooth and very good the only sugar comes from the 1/2 banana.

So I have officially been 11 days posy op haven't been feeling hungry or thirsty. Then suddenly I felt hunger and was furious lol I hacked chicken tortilla soup, I used Swanson's chicken broth and the liquid part of mild salsa strained it together and enjoyed knockoff chicken tortilla soup please I encourage you to try this just make sure you strain it and enjoy the brothy goodness it taste like El pollo Loco's soup.

HI, everyone I'm Ari just wanted to pop in and state that I thought I had food addition and that this was going to be a hard and grooling process, but in honesty it has been a piece of cake ! I have never felt so good about a decision. I was terrified that I was going to be missing out on something but everyday that I stand on the scale that's what helps me push forward in the process. Idk I haven't been sad about not chewing food (just 2.5 weeks post op)

I was just sleeved 10/16 between this app and my surgeon this journey has been nothing but comfortable & a lot less emotional. You see so much on YouTube I thought it would be hard and long I've already lost 20 lbs

Hi, I'm pretty new to the form I have been on here mostly just looking for information. My surgery has been moved up to this Friday the 16th oppose to its original November 7th I'm excited but feel a little caught off guard, looking for a few pointers and tips.

@@nattiec21 I haven't received my date yet but I have been doing the pre op diet for almost 2 months this was during the time I debated on having the sleeve good luck.
