I'll start by saying I he my sleeve done 9/9/15. My surgery weight was 320, I'm currently 192.4. My husband and I have been together for 15 years and married for 12. We have 3 boys, 11 year old twins (one is special needs) and a 5 year old. We've always been extremely happy. Everyone we know says the same thing. Always lovey dove you and all that. Up until about a month ago people started commenting to him how great I was looking (the guys at his work) after that he started to seem unhappy. He left us without warning almost 2 weeks ago. He just seems so angry. He's under so much stress at work and having blood pressure issues. I think that plays a large part in it. I just need prayers that he will find his way back to our family. I'm so lost without of him I'm so scared of losing him and I need all the prayers I can get. Thank you in advance.

I know I should have let him stay but I couldn't. I tel everyone I talk to that I know it sounds stupid after everything he's done to me but I just couldn't do it. I'm not that type of person even though I should be. :-/

I've told him he needs help. He has severe anger issues among other things. I honestly think he is bipolar. He just seemed to change over night. The man I married and have known for 15+ years would NEVER do these things to me. Ever. This "man" he has turned into isn't really a man. I don't know how to explain it. It is just such a dramatic change so quickly. I'm obviously still in shock and so hurt by it all. I have good days and bad days. Today was a bad day :-/

My parents normally would help me but they just spent their savings on a travel trailer before any of this happened. We've bee brainstorming ideas but have nothing much so far.

Thank you everyone for your input and letting me Vent. I've contacted a lawyer and have to come up with the money to afford it. I've been a stay at home mom for 12+ years and don't have any income. I'm looking for a job now and he gives me money still. But it's going to cost like $5,000 all together. I have to pay $2,500 up front and can pay the rest out over time. I just don't have it. :/.

Thank you everyone. We are still separated. It has come to light that he started seeing a "friend" of ours after he left (a week later btw ) and claims to be so in love with this chick. He's adamant on getting a divorce and everything. He's been mean and hateful and then nice again and mean again. He has put his hands on me, broken things, broken my mirror on my car and all kinds of things. This last Saturday things got real for him. He was arrested for an aggravated DUI. Guess who he called to bail him out. that's right me, I did it because that's just who I am. I thought it may have opened his eyes a little bit nope. He still insists he did nothing wrong in that situation. He had been staying the night with us since it happened but left again tonight to go back to his apartment. I don't know what to think about him anymore. All I know is he is certainly not the same man I married and has changed so much so fast. Sorry no paragraphs I'm eating dinner lol

We continued to eat lunch together until he left. He was always very supportive of my weight loss. Until I got closer to goal and he got a little insecure I believe. We are still on bad terms. More him than I. I just want to talk to him and be friends and he continues to act like a stranger to me. I'm still clueless as to why it all happened.

I have BCBSIL and it took like 2 days to get approval. I called and checked after I found out they submitted it and they told me over the phone!

Thank y'all so much. I just miss him so much. I try and be strong but I'm so lost without him. :-/ I've been thinking about looking into counseling for myself. Can you do marriage counseling without the other spouse?

I'm not saying Facetime is a substitute for parenting. He's been by the house a few times as well. I was saying the Facetime thing because people start assuming that he was seeing someone else. I've talked to him about counseling but he isn't keen on talking to strangers about our issues. I'm still trying to talk to him about it. His company moves from town to town every couple of years. They have contracts with certain apartment complexes and house out of town guys. We just happen to move when the job moves. So there was an open apartment. He stayed in a hotel down the road for the first 4 days while it was getting set up.

I feel almost as if he's having a mid life crisis or something. Idk. He just turned 33 though. :-/. Idk just need all the prayers I can get. Thank you.

His company got him an apartment about 8 miles from here. Like I said there is no one else. He doesn't have time nor ever had the money. He didn't have his debit card and didn't carry cash. We were always constantly talking and eating lunch together. The boys FaceTime with him often. I know that is not what's going on.

I didn't post all of the issues but having high BP and extremely high stress levels, not sleeping well, not eating well, etc. those are the things I know led up to this. We have always been happy and hardly ever fought. I know for a fact there is no one else. My husband isn't like that. Never has been. We still talk frequently and he talks to our boys a few times a day when he can. We've been "adulting" on our own since we were 18. I think me losing weight has made him a little insecure even though I've never given him a reason for it. Like I said I'm asking for any extra prayers. Thank you.

I count from surgery weight. My highest was 340 years ago, my surgery weight was 320 my current is 228, but I will say I've lost 91lbs not 112. that's just my personal opinion though.

We have Bcbs of IL also and we live in Oklahoma. I had no problems getting my surgery approved. I met all my criteria which wasn't much and they approved me in 2 days!! Good luck!!

You should be able to! My surgeon asked me on my first visit which procedure I was wanting and I said sleeve and that's what I got.

Hello all!! I was sleeved 9/9/15. I've lost about 73lbs since 10 day pre op diet. 63 since surgery. I go back to my surgeon 1/19/16. I still have about 80-100lbs left to go until goal. I love my sleeve!! Hope everyone is doing good!!

I only had to do 10 days of Lovenox injections at home. I did them myself and HATED them lol. I even asked the doctor if I could stop but I didn't. Thankfully. Keep it up they will be done before you know it.

I have a 10 year old son with Cerebral Palsy and I had the sleeve. He was the main reason I chose sleeve over rny. I had surgery on a Wednesday and came home Friday. I know that rny you have to be in another day or two. I was up and walking 4 hours after surgery also. I'm now almost 9 weeks out and have lost 50lbs I haven't had any issues at all, but I also haven't tried any sweets lol. I haven't had any issues with other foods either. I take it slow and eat a low fat, low cal, low carb, no sugar diet and do great.

I drove 3-4 days post op. No problems . Obviously I wasn't on meds lol.

I had one but noticed it wasn't very accurate. I had the Charge. If I waved my hand back and forth it counted that as steps took. Other than that I liked it. I took it back and am researching more or just going to use my iPhone. I wanted the HR but no one in our area had it. I think it would be better than the regular one.

It was just weird out of no where. I'm hoping I can figure it out and stop it soon. Lol
