I'm having my surgery at Salem hospital wit Dr.Rivera I am all set and just started my pre op diet today is abit strict but I m almost there surgery on Sep 2nd.

I just started my pre op diet today is only liquids but so far not too bad. When is your surgery? Are you on a pre op yet? I'm from Massachusetts. . Where are you from. Your are the perfect candidate and comorbities are illnesses asociated with obesity like diabetes and high blood presure. My BMI is 35 but i have comorbities so I qualify too. Congratulations @@oy_heffner my surgery is on September 2nd as well. I'm anxious excited about the whole thing some moments I think of the worst and some others I can already picture my self 3 month out and what I'll be wearing???????? trust me I know how you feel. Making videos for youtube and recording my journey has helped me lots and I also hope it does help others. Plese keep in touch and I will be praying for you as well.

I just got put through 2 weeks ago for gaining after I manage to get down to the proper weight I had to maintain my nutritionist told me to eat no more nor less than 1500 cals a day and like that you will maintain the weight steady I promise.. And trust me I have been struggling for a whole year and finally im having my surgery

I was advised the total opposite thats weird. I was put to wait almost a year bc i gain a few pounds, and they said that insurance was going to denied me for not showing compliant. .
