I'm 10 days post op and i get the same feeling. But i guess it's just because we are not actually eating!! Liquids dont replace food no matter how small our stomach is. I think over time our body and mind will get used to smaller quantities of food and the hunger will fade away.
What type of exercises should I do after the surgery to avoid saggy skin?? Cardio, weights, etc?? And is there any kind of cream or lotion that i can use to tighten skin?
I'm 10 days post op and i started experiencing contiuous heartburn. Its really annoying and no medication is working. I've never had acid refluxes before the surgery.
Is this a normal symptom?? And will it ever go away or is it a permanent side effect that i have to live with??
I'm 10 days post op. Havent started exercising yet, but i heard that we need to include weights in our exercise routine so we can avoid sagging skin. I dont know where to start or what to do but i guess i will hit the gym in 3 more weeks.
