Today is 12 months post-RNY! A whole year already, it's mind-boggling! My sloowww loss in the last several months picked up quite a bit this month and I lost 12 pounds. I'm down 180 since surgery and 243 pounds since my heaviest two years ago. The difference two years can make... Expect a longer and more detailed post later today, with before and current pictures!
