I'm following my doctors orders I just don't ever feel like I'm getting full. I will be hungry 30 minutes after I eat!My dr has me on no restiction either he said resume everything I want and I too feel like I am always hungry..but as soon as I started eating real food I'm only eating a very small portion .then I get full and hungry with in an hr as well..just make healthy choices n u should be fine..ur mind in still hungry it's probably not actual Hunger..at least for me I believe it's my fat mind still trying to come through..lol. good luck and let's all hope for fast great results lol

Thank you txtiana ..I'm just alil down in dumps I know it's good I guess I was just expecting it to fall off. Ur right it is an accomplishment iw just want to be thin already lmao !!! I'm totally with u guys same here. Why is this going so slow..sleeved 8/18 and only down 24 p nds which were the first 2 weeks. Is it possible this isn't gonna work..wtf..sorry just alil disguisted. .. everyone else is down a ton of weight and not hungry..

I am right there with u has sx 8/18 and I'm only down 24 pnds..and that has the first 2 weeks..I'm not eating 1/3rd of what I used too why am I not dropping a pound starting to get disguisted..

Dude I drank 3 weeks after n my doc said it was totally fine just to watch the calories that's the only concern.. there is no harm other than calorie intact .. ur healed after a month..n fluid goes in n out. .just watch ur amount cause u will fell buzzed faster. .

I'm listening to every word u say I promise we are very similar in any ways good to hear from someone in my similar boat. ..and yes u hubby is ready to kill me..all I do is complain lol Keep in touch how do u write a message just to me? A little intense no? Isn't this a support board? In think everyone is entitled to their process. I went through this over 8 years ago and maintained for many years BELOW goal and I am a firm believer that everyone should feel what they are feeling and feel validated. I enjoy your posts and think you have a lot to contribute but those new in the process are entitled to their anxiety.Yeah we aren't on a support board to bust our stomachs open we came to throw out anxiety here and it's given great advice but some are pretty insane and or harsh. im nearly at one month post op and I think I'm getting the hang of it so it's good but week one I was panicking and had full on anxiety to this process and it's nice to talk to other people about it . Let us/ them be drama illamas until we get the hang of it until then we will keep asking for advice and support etc. We can't All be super composed and experts right after we got our stomachs cut open, it's a learning process and support is immensely appreciated. And Samiro what 26 lbs already? That's amazing and a bit quick that's crazy! how much have you got to lose? Also I think half of them honestly is your stomach I can't imagine losing 26 lbs that's probably 2 lbs a day to self control. It's working. Hi wagyu .I don't know how to work this thing but I can't find out how to get ur message back..lol. any way yes it's 25 pnds but I lost 11 from the week fast I had to do b4 sx..but still I know it's great my concern isn't about loosing the weight cause I've lost 90 pnds b4 without sx a few yrs ago (hailed it all bk since lol) it's just that I'm concerned on how much food I'm getting in without feeling full. . I have no problem getting food down or drink that's worry thought I wouldn't have to be so in control so early..

Vsg ann .I don't think we are whining I do think that we were Just expecting something alil different. .I feel like I just had major sx to cut out half or more of my stomach which to me is a drastic measure and I am still having to have crazy self disciple control over how much I eating Yada Yada which is exactly what I had to do b4 my 10 thousand dollar major sx ..that's all..when u hear other people not being able to eat and feeling full from a bit of food which to me was the plan.its fustraing .I'm down 26 pnd in 2 weeks because I Am having control not from the sx..

Today I cracked I could eat 8 oz of crab corn soup, another 4oz of crab with mayo another 4 oz of fish it was just ridiculous and I am only 3 weeks out.im in the Pureed soft stage I can eat more than a normal sleever ugh!!! I'm so happy to hear from u hysterical crying this morning so ur post helped.i actually called my docs office n he's on vacation so I talked to office staff told her I feel like something is wrong..idsm eating with no problem I'm actually almost pushing myself to see idsm idsm will ever get the full feeling or get sick..that's how bad I am..I woke up this am and ate 2 eggs scam bled with cheese n guess what No problem. .why is this happening to me.. im.so down

Dr kipnis..lol. an he said I can have a drink after a month..people are young n social who get this done dr is realistic. He said I will only need a drink or 2 for nit to do the job. .it's liquid..lol

Yes got them but assumed I don't have reflux feeling so I didn't take them .

I had sx Aug 18th and the first 2 days were hard but after the initial pain I'm having a hard time with feeling like I'm starving . Also I'm finding that it's not that hard for me to get liquid done which then makes it more difficult to control me not putting something in my mouth..it's making me very nervous n upset.. could it not have be done tight enough or am I not drinking that much that it's making me full ??

I feel you it's so easy for me to eat and drink. Except Water but everything is goes down like a breeze. I'm kind of jealous of people who only eat 2 spoonfuls and they're full. I constantly look for something to eat lol. Honestly now I'm 8 days post and I'm still starving and food goes done no problem..yet I'm not eating per say but I have snuck some food in i.e a scoop of bean salad a piece of cheese..I'm NOT getting full.i swear I think something went wrong. Ever thing I read they swear they can't even think of food or even get water down..is something wrong with me?

My c dqec was cake compared to my vsg sx.. the gas from th3 vsg is way worse and last 3times longer..ild do a c sect any day over this.. plus ur getting such a gift after a c sec .makes it easier all I got after my vsg sx was hunger and gas pains lol

I'm getting nervous why can I get my fluids in and I'm not really having a problem with soup..I hope mine stomach is as small..I know it seems weird to ask but how much fluid should I be getting in. . It hurts alil going down but not as much as it seems everyone else is..my sx was aug 18th..

Good luck! You'll do great! Just a small tip to try..when the "head hunger" really gets at you...right after mine, I wasn't hungry, but my head told me everything sounded so good. I was on liquids...i went to McDonald's, paid $1 for a cheeseburger and chewed it up and spit it out....got another bite, chewed it up, spit it all out.....sounds strange, sounds gross...but let me tell you. It was the BEST $1 I ever spent! Just to get flavor and text in your mouth...made a world of difference!!!! I'm right with u had sx Aug 18th and 3 days later my head is telling me I'm starving it's terrible cause I'm getting nervous it didn't work. I find my self chewing and spitting out as well.. o thought ild be disgusted by the thought of food but not the case.

Sx on the 18th home yesterday have lots of gas pain and having a hard time breathing probably the gas under my ribs. . Also have a lil discharge in one of my Inscions. And I'm starving
