Hi my name is Samantha I am 34 years old , a wife of an amazingly supportive husband and a mother to a beautiful 4 month old baby girl. I am having my gvs on Aug 18 2015 which is only days away. I have struggled all my life with weight going up and down like a roller coaster, i can go from 120 to 220 in a blink on an eye. I have tried every thing to lose weight generally nothing healthy, i do have success but it ALWAYS comes back. This last time was the worst, My husband and i had to do thru many rounds of ivf which packed the pounds on but luckily with my last try i was fortunate to become pregnant, only bad part was i had already gained 40 pounds from treatment and with the pregnancy gained another 50. at her birth i weighed 276 and at 5"2 thats alot, at this point i am 239 ... I am doing this because i owe it to myself and my daughter , i need to be happy, healthy and i feel like i can only do this properly by loosing weight , I choice this drastic measure cause i feel I am to far gone to come back from this, wish me luck lol
