Doctors won't touch the band in ER...I had a CT and they report a "Small hiatal hernia"In 2 weeks will see the doctor so he can until and see if their is slippage.I desperately want a re is ion. Revision -

how hard was it to switch to Dr Neff.? .. because I was looking into switching because of the experience with the sleeve thing also and now that Dr Goldstein switched practices..... I believe he is in the same practice as Dr Neff... So i honestly thought it might be easier now with them being associates. How did you like Dr. Goldstein an EVA? -

At the ER...vomiting and extreme pain.Barrium swallow and ct scan to happen tonight. -
I can't take it anymore....I have had this band since 2004.I have just about gained all the weight back and I am a secret bulimic because I am constantly throwing up and sliming.i want a revision to the sleeve.I don't want another needle in me...my port is always sore.I feel disgusting.I am seeing Dr Adam Goldstein in a week.

Do not get the lapband.I am in the ER now...since 2004 it's been a nightmare and I gained all the weight back.Its not good! -
I am at the ER as I write this....awaiting Ct scan and just finished the barrium....can't take this band anymore.We will see what enfolds.....

I found another dr.His earliest appt is on Sept 1st.If I go to the ER what tests would they perform?They usually won't touch a person who has a band....? -

I have had a lapband since 2004.The only ones who know are my parents.I like it this way.No questions no judgements,no failure.

So let me get this straight.If you have band slippage or erosion then it's covered.?What about the fact that you are having regain,Gerd,other co morbidies and say you hover around 35 to 40 be I are you able to great revision covered.?What is your insurance? -

What test are for Gerd? I have a barium swallow and a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis /PO and IV contrast.Also an adjustment to scope the band and remove any fluid.This is also to check for slippage.What am I missing? -

Looking at your pic your are gorgeous and young!You can do this thing!200 pounds ain't bad at your height and if you do nothing then it will be worse.You are young without the history of yo yo diet over many years.At 19 you can do it!!Get it done! -

Listen if you fool around and not get that gall bladder out there will be trouble.If you cancel then you will you have it done?You...have to take it as it comes.Please take care of yourself first then in turn you will continue to be there for everyone else,most importantly your daughter. Gallbladder and Sleeve done! Good Luck.Keep us posted!
