Age.... I wonder if this happens to men?

I have to really watch it...of course I love,love,love carbs but carbs don't love me...

I had my surgery 12/28...I am on full linguistic and I am not loving any of these protein drinks....they all have either stevia or succoralose and I hate them....

Stop the self loathing .You are strong and on the right track to at least knowing you have to change and need help.So you "pigged out" and you feel crappy and full of guilt.Remember this feeling and move on.See your doctor and get the Mamogram and take care of that medical issue.It may not be anything...I had metatastic breast cancer 3 years ago...I am still going forward....go through the process and keep the faith.

There must be a need for revision other than "I want a revision "In my case my lapband was slipped and causing major internal issues.I was approved after 6 months of jumping through hoops

I start soft foods in 2 weeks .I just went on Amazon and purchased "Eating well after weight loss surgery "in paperback "Weight loss surgery cookbook for Dummies" "The everything post surgery cookbook" All in paper back or kindle.These are just a few of many informative,wonderful WLS cookbooks out there.

No carbs

I went in 2 weeks after for a few hours...it's hard.I am on limited duty .about 5 hours a day...now I see why people take 4 weeks.

I don't know enough about DS.In late December I got a revision from lapband to bypass...very happy with bypass so far but it is early. You need a highly skilled surgeon for these procedures.

Can't you see Oprah will have the sleeve in secret and WW will get the credit of seeing her lose weight steadily and she will look fantastic and further make WW look as though their plan is the ultimate...like Jennifer Hudson and Kirstie Alley....they secretly had WLS....the sleeve is too great to pass up if you are a star...Oprah is not stupid....she had access to WLS ...her best body yet will be the sleeve and WW will get the credit....Cha ching
