I had my RNY on June 11,2015 I have been the same weight for a month I have tried everything and nothing so I just started drinking water with fresh squeezed lemon and now I'm slowly starting to loose pounds

Welcome to the club hi I'm 8 weeks post op and I wish I could over eat just once I can't eat everything that us required its just to much for me but I do make sure I get my protein 40gram a day

It will get better after day 5 but try to walk like they said it eazes the pain I think. You will get through this
