I am almost 3 wks post op,I feel like I might of pulled a muscle or irritated my Incision ,maybe from over doing it ,letting etc ,has this happened to anyone else -
I started it Thursday,and 2wks before that Is on 3 protein drinks and one meal then on November 4started the 5 shakes a day I'm so hungry but it's worth it if the scale moves

I was on 3 shakes and one meal and now I'm on my 2 week 5 shakes a day and,not losing weight ,I did really good on the 3 shakes ,I'm not cheating and I'm getting my self all worked up about it ...I'm so hungry at least the scale could move -
Any one been on the liquid Protein diet and lose weight then just stop losing I'm not cheating and I'm getting really upset ..

It was,better today then yesterday I'm getting used not eating I guess ,sometimes I think I will be sick when I try to eat ,almost like a gag reflex which is weird cause I only eat once a day -

November 19 is,my surgery date ,really nervous about the pain after surgery and thanksgiving is the next ,will have my 5 yr old grandson on the Wed before thanksgiving ,hope I will be feeling good enough ,it gives me 6 days of healing -
Called to have a consultation with a doctor ,the Secretary said I had to take a nutrition class first ,so I'm taking It Sept 3 , is that normal to have to take a class
