Hi everyone, My name is Connie and I'm from Mitchell, South Dakota. I'm on my 2nd day of the optifast diet and finding it really hard to stick with it!...I've already cheated! I'm having the lap-band on the 11th of January and am really starting to stress about it. I have my mind made up to do this and am looking forward to losing the weight but I'm feeling that I'm going to have to give up all the foods I love!! Connie
