    Centrum have a chewable vitamin that is working for me. Tgat aee very small and was on my list. Citracal have a gummy one.

    OMG, Elode thank you. I thought I was doing something wrong while actually following the list. Protein first, getting liquids, and finally found vitamins that didn't make me vomit.
  4. I am 3 weeks post-op and this week I have been getting more food in. I know I get all my Protein, Vitamins and most of my liquids in. Would did cause your weight to stall? 2 weeks out I lost 23 pounds. This week nothing

    Wow, my surgeon gave us chewable vitamin and caltrate for after the first week. But they gave us a list of vitamins we can try if we didn't like them. And Flintstones are ones we can use if they are too strong

    The first time I took my chewable vitamins I puked. I felt miserable. Thank God my doctor gave us zofran for nausea
  12. I was told they are the thing to go, and I'm almost 3 weeks out and they are shrinking
  13. It was pretty fast for me. My insurance covered it and I work at the hospital.
