I am still learning how to use the page myself:) I have been trying to walk a little more each day and have some burst"s of energy so when I do I do a little housework (very little) but I am not having any problem getting my protein shake or liquids down but would love to have some NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER oooooooooooo.
