I had my lapband done in Arkansas while living there. That was in August 2015 and I've been driving 6 hours each way for fills. I'm just now at 6cc and trying to move my fills to Tulsa but can't seem to get anyone to return my calls! Any ideas?

I have had 3 fills and I am now at 5cc's. When I get fills the doctor makes me drink water as he fills me.. As soon as his nurse hears me "gurgle" she stops with the fill. My last one was .9cc's and so I'm hungry I have no restrictions at all!! I can eat anything and as much as I want but if I drink very much it starts gurgling...does anyone else have this issue?? I thought water would go right down.. It seems to stop and my food seems to go right down...

I had my lapband on August 6th and lost 15 pounds within a week and now I have gained 2 pounds back. I know that this should not freak me out but I am so scared about failing at this! I have only been eating between 300 and 500 calories a day, and I know that I have not gotten all my proteins in on somedays... is this normal? I go back for my 2 week post op this Thursday and I am nervous!

Wow.. That's crazy that it's taking so long!

I had my 3 month visits in April, May and June by my pcp.. Then went for consultation with surgeon the end of June. I had went ahead during those 3 months and did my psych evaluation and the nutritional evaluation (as far as I know this does not count for your 3 visits) the nutritionist had to sign off and send it to the surgeon and so did the psych. My doctors office submitted my paperwork to bcbs federal in July and I got approved within a week
