I do cream of chicken with fairlife skim milk for added protein. I can usually stretch one condensed can into 4 servings -

I had a similar problem only everything made me nauseous from the smell of food to brushing my teeth. I found that pain and anti nausea meds together where a winning combo. I also found taking in 2oz then walking seemed to help a bit -
