Hi all. Amazon and MaureenS I have Dr Brahms too! I see him @ Danvers I have only seen him 1x but he seems nice and @ the classes in Burlington people liked him. 1 ? How much did he say you have to lose? He told me 50# I weigh 310. Is that a lot? I hope both of you are doing well
