I have gained 55 lbs 5 years after sleeve. No matter what I try the scale is not moving. I been doing low carb greens and protein only, protein drinks, increase activity and so on. My dietitian and personal trainer tested my resting metabolic and according to that test I burn 1700 calories without doing anything. So they have me eating 1200-1300 calories per day protein mostly. My only source of carbs is a brown rice cake. Any suggestions. I'm ready to just give up. And I don't want to have surgery ever again.
