Hi everyone congrats and your accomplishments but I'm curious. How long after surgery did you start working out or do you workout?

Ok good to know cause I have a office job myself, but I'm always moving back and forth through the office and help co-workers at there desk

After surgery how long before you went back to work?

Hi my name is Brandon I live in Los Angeles and I'm pre-op I'm going through the process and I'm almost done I had an endoscopy last week now I'm just waiting to get my surgery date. Was anybody asked to lose weight before surgery?
