Wow we both pretty have the same difficulties my foot dr had to give me foot insoles and even with that I still hate to feel the weight on my legs. I get chronic lower back pain that ends up turning into a pinch nerve on my left leg starting from my hips. I'm also anxious and can't wait. You will be just fine and this will be so worth it.

Wow I'm so anxious and I'm just starting out. I wish the time could go by faster but I know it's a learning process and everything takes time. It will be a lot of doctors appointments but worth it

I do t have heart burns but I do feel like I get palpitations and sometimes my chest feels a bit tight. I'm currently 265 lbs and 5"7" in height the weight is all on my thighs legs it's making it so hard for me to even play with my son and go up the stairs.

@@CloserToFine I'm required to do a 6 month pre-op diet. Do you know if they start you off with a specific diet or shakes during the first 6 months?

@@newstart38 I don't think the insurance will deny you if anything they do it ,so they can see that you can manage your weight and at the Same time shrink the size of the liver so that the surgeons can operate properly. Your doing great keep it up you will be fine. What kind of diet do they have you on? I finally see my doctor this Wednesday. And I'm trying to see what to expect on the first day

Dust it off your should and don't sweat it. Let them talk if anything now they can watch how beautiful you will transform. Let them talk and as for your sister if she was so quick to spread the word and judge you then she can't be trusted at the end of the day you don't need anyone's approval wether they support you or not you keep walking with your head up high and smile because now all eyes will be on you and all she's doing is making you important lol if she's talking now imagine when you lose your first 100 and you reach your weight loss anniversary ????????????????????????then she will really talk and envy you lol so don't worry and continue your transformation continue because your not alone hundreds of us will be going through it and you will lose certain people in the process. Their lost not yours ????

What diet or drinks is your Nut recommending to take during the no wait gain stage ? I finally see my surgeon this coming Wednesday after going to the seminar. What should I expect on that date ? Do they automatically start you on a diet ? @@thbrown223

I have wellcare and it was very hard to find someone through my other *** before I switched to wellcare I know some insurance through Medicaid like b/c b/s of New Jersey through Medicaid they ask for a co payment they won't cover the whole thing. WellCare does cover the whole process. You should call the insurance and see if they cover biactric surgery. Just to make sure.

I haven't done the nutrition yet but I see a lot of people drink premier shakes and snack bars Get in as much protein but less calories check the calories and sugar egg whites in the morning are great too

Me I contacted my insurance they said they will cover the entire surgery but as long as me and my daughter accept the 6 month nutrition program and for me I know I can do it but considering she's so weak to sweets I need to make sure she focuses lol We will do great when did you start ?

I did go to the seminar but I started with another doctor and after I scheduled the appt they're staff told me they didn't cover my insurance so I went on a hunt and finally found a doctor who can cover my insurance and in the mean time I've seen my doctor for medical necessity did my blood works as well as my daughters being that she has pcos so I know in in for a long process double the appts and double the challenge because it's me and my daughter doing the sleeve

Omg I had the same problem with my foot due to my weight it hurts so much I can't wear heals let alone be in my feet too long I know exactly how you feel it's the worst I embarrassed to go to family gathering vacations and take body pictures of myself I want to get this done so fast where are you located ?

Yeah my insurance requires a 6 month diet for the same reasons
