Popsicle sounds good I'll try that and as for the other protein shakes I wanted to try them so I'm definitely going to pick some up at Costco thank u guys.

Liquid diet two weeks before

I think my blood sugar is to low, my doctor told I didn't need to check (before diet) so I've never really check my numbers but I think I'm going to start. I left a message for my doctor to call me I have questions. He did really tell me that of what I need to do for this diet. Thank you guys -

Good Luck, mine is scheduled sept 4th on August 20 is my pre-op appointment. It's like a waiting game at this point and I'm getting nervous. I have a hard time picturing myself skinny it's kind of weird lol congrats !! -
