Hi, I have been on gummy Vitamins since the beginning per my Dr. I would be lying if I said I have stuck to an all Protein diet....but confident I still eat less then 800-1000 calories a day (this is 3 weeks out going forward). I am starting to feel much better and it does not hurt every time I eat now which is a relief. I try to get in all my liquids and Proteins but find it difficult most days especially since I was told to drink/eat 30 minutes apart. Overall I am 4+ weeks out and in a stall which I have read is normal....

Hi, I am wrapping up my fourth week post surgery. Eating anywhere between 400-750 calories per day. I lost 10 pounds the first 2 weeks and now nothing for 2 solid weeks....why????

I eat a variety of foods....greek yogurt, carnation instant breakfast made with milk, soups (not high calories) etc...what did/do you eat?

Can I join your pity party? I am about 4 weeks out and for 2 weeks have not lost any weight but sticking to eating very little....what is happening??

Hi, I am 9 days post surgery. I am in a funk and having a hard time getting out of it. Every time I eat or drink anything I feel it going down my throat and then it feels like it sits in my upper abdomen for a long time..no pain, but its uncomfortable....how long will this last....I am getting some energy back and my incisions already feel 80% healed... Anyone have any advice?

I am almost 5'1...5 days post op and down 10 pounds....

I am only 5 days out and i got pains in my upper chest so bad one night I thought I was going to have to go back to the emergency room. I find that walking ( a lot) helps....but 12 days out and it's still happening does not sound right...have you talked to your dr?
