I started this post, and I am blown away at the amount some of you have lost! Way to go! I am doing ok. I have lost 40.6. I am still REALLY struggling with taking the chews, or chewable vitamins, and drinking the calcium. I am wondering when I can start on pills or capsules for that. I seem to never get my water/liquid in. I really miss my diet cokes, has anyone went back to that? I am doing ok with the protein. Food is still difficult at times. I do not regret having my surgery, but sometimes I miss the enjoyment of sitting down to a meal. I guess that is just part of it. Proud of the lbs coming off though! -

Mrswrath, I could not stomach the protein drinks either. I ordered GENEPRO on of amazon,it is supposed to be odorless and tasteless, and it is for the most part. I mix it with swiss miss sugar free hot cocoa and it is definetely easier to get down. in phase 3 I got to start making it with skim milk instead of water, even better! -

I had the sleeve Aug 27, I just started phase 3, It is much better, I have had tuna salad, (no onions grapes or nuts) on toast and it was so good! I have had fish but didnt do well with fish. I am down 23lbs. I had a week without losing as well, but looks like it has picked up. My energy level seems to be getting better the more I am able to eat. I am meeting my Protein goal, but my liquid goal suffers... its a struggle -

I was sleeved Aug 27, the first two days was rough for me, but doing well now. I am just so tired of eating Soup, and massed potatoes, I am so mentally ready for a bigger variety of food. -

I am awaiting my approval. Part of me says stop, you can do this on your own. ( I have been over weight for probably 28 years) the other part says I cannot wait! I want to hear anyone who has regrets? I dont have long to make my decision. -
