    Wii Fit

Okay, I have had my Wii Fit since the day it came out and I absolutely love it! I have strep throat right now but I still want to play! I'm not competitive by nature but when my husband and son beat my top scores, I play until I beat theirs! It is totally nuts!!! I'm struggling with the strength training but I know it will get better. Surprisingly, I even enjoy running! I only do the short distances but at least I'm moving! The two things that just crack me up... when I step on the board it says, "Oh!" where as when my husband steps on it, it says, "Great!" The only reason it doesn't bother me is because it says, "Oh!" when my son steps on it and his weight & BMI are normal. The second thing, my Fit Age ranges from 39 to 59. I'll be 40 at the end of August! My goal is to get my Fit Age to 29! Wish me luck!
  3. When the few people that knew I was getting the band found out, they all wanted to know what I was going to do with all my clothes. Most of my friends were the same size or bigger than me and wanted to go shopping in my closet. I have been giving one of my best friends my clothes but my bottoms are too small for her. I figured the stuff she couldn't wear I would give to Goodwill or some other charity organization. What have you been doing with your clothes?

    Wii Fit

I hate going to the gym. To be honest, I hate exercising! But it is something I have to do. I'm not the most coordinated so I do a lot of stumbling around in most of the classes. I'm much more comfortable at home but I don't have a home gym. Anyway, I was flipping through the sales ads and saw an advertisement for the Wii Fit that will be released next week. I actually got excited about it and asked my husband to order me one for Mother's Day. It has aerobics, yoga, strength training and balance activities. The only bad thing is that it is just like the console... in demand and hard to get. I'm hoping my husband pre-ordered it before they went out of stock.
  5. It use to be that I could eat half a cup of my meal and feel full. But over the past couple of months or so I am not feeling even the slightest bit of tightness after eating half a turkey sandwich on wheat and half a cup of salad for lunch. I had a fill a couple of weeks ago but I still feel the same. I think my band has been filled to the point the doctor doesn't want to put too much more in. Do you think you can chew your food too much so that it just passes through?
