I have hopes that this will help me as well. I have severe sleep apnea (stop breathing on average every 30 seconds while I sleep) and severe snoring. I am currently on a bi-pap machine to help with this, which has helped a lot. I will let you know how it goes. My surgery is scheduled for Friday. Please wish me luck! -

Hello, everyone. My surgery is set for August 7th in Cancun. (I'm in Houston). The liquid diet has been a little tough, but I am allowed 4 oz. of lean meat each day for the first week. That has helped. The hardest thing for me so far is the no caffeine rule...I had horrible headaches.
