So my hair is coming out at an alarming rate! I even have bald spots and it's thinning. I was wondering should I switch to taking prenatal vitamins to assist in the hair growth department?

When it comes to protein @@OutsideMatchInside no I'm not meeting my goals bcz mr. Sleeve won't allow me. I do get in 50 to 60 grams in per day tho

Hey all, Can you all tell me how you are getting in your Protein. Now that you are on solid foods? I am a month post op and I can not even finish a yogurt. I eat oatmeal as well but can only eat 2 or 3 spoons as well as not finishing a whole egg. Any recommendations

I feel the same way. I was sleeved 7/27 and I'm constantly thinking to myself this was the worse decision to make. But I have no choice now and gonna make the best of it. I know my thoughts will change once I see the results

So I attempted to eat a piece of chicken and had the worse slimming episode ever! Had to vomit b4 I felt better. How long will this go on or will I never be able to eat chicken or normal again?

I'm having the hardest time trying to figure out the difference between hunger, fullness and gas. I keep getting these sharp pains but then I drink some Protein and that doesn't stop it. Or the gas x. Like now I haven't had anything and I just had this feeling like something was passing thru my chest to my stomach. I don't know if any of this makes sense smh

I had my sleeve done Monday July 27th... so does day 1 start Monday or Tuesday? I'm trying to figure out when I can move to stage 2?

Good Morning, I had my sleeved completed on July 27th, 2015 at around 7pm. All I remember is breathing in from oxygen mask then waking up trying to get out of bed. I was in pain not really the incision sites but a lot of pain within my stomach that was horrible! The hospital stay was OK I slept most of the time. I am now on the clear liquid stage and let's just say it's the worst. I'm so hungry but I'm afraid to eat anything. The gas pains are ridiculous. I wish I knew about the gas x strips bcz all I have is the gas x chewables that does help just a little bit. I just can't wait til I'm able to have pureed and soft food and hopefully the pain I receive when u get hungry goes away. Any suggestions on how to get the daily Protein and liquids in during this stage?

When does the glue come off. I didn't have a drain just 4 incisions glued together that itch like crap

I don't see my NUT until around 8/24.. my instructions are to do each stage for a week but idk when the week started. Monday or the day I went home
