I had surgery the 17th and lost 32 pounds so far went on the scale up says went up 4 and I just started soft foods I am stressing the numbers all the time I guess I want fast results ughhhh I need to stop I went down and I see it on my clothes but I am more worried about that damn scale!!!!

My doctor took mines off a week after surgery the incision in the middle right on top is still hurt and is red but the other are almost gone but that one is taking long

Que bien yo llevo dos semanas operada y baje 32 ya espero que siga asi pero no es facil aveces se me olvida y tomo muy rapido y me duele demasiado es algo dificil de adaptarse pero hay vamos y comes bien osea me imagino que te sientes full rapido?

Never heard of those cards!TXtinana how are you doing? I cant eat until.the 7th still on liquids bored of it and proteins rougg time with them -
Is not an easy recovery everyone is different but please stay positive and give it time you will feel better

Umm I always do bad on the recovery part nauseas dont want to get up is always tough but thanks to God everything came out great!!

Omg I have sharp pain on my left side of belly and my ribs hurt badly -
I am having a tough time just tired and weak and these proteins taste too sweet for me and I cant stand the smell of broth OMG I know it will get better but right now I am feeling like crap:(((((
