In the first few weeks maybe months is needed for the weighloss I know of peope that stop losing weight and when look for help from nutritionist find out they are not getting enough proteins!!!!!...

Surgery is a tool to help you》》》 not a miracle!!!! That sounds like a personal problem and if you gained weight you must be doing something wrong and if healthy eating and working out is what you advice maybe you should start working on yourself!!!!!!!!!!!. And remember this surgery is in your stomach not in your brain if you dont work on your habits nothing will work and that goes with any WEIGHTLOSS PLAN!!!!!..

Walmart.com...also swanson.com they have good prices...they reccomend bariatricadvantage but as long as is the vitamins you need doesnt matter I was today at a visit with my bariatric nurse and she says it doesnt matter you buy where ever you can afford!!!!. I started with proteins months ago..and multivitamin from walmart and biotin and calcium citrate from walmart also...

I was refered by my PCP since I am diabetic and been having problems trying to lose weight I also lose and gain and it has been a struggle.. Good for you for taking this step depending on the insurance you have to do 6 months of nutritionist once a month.. I did food addiction counseling. Heart doctor pulmonary. Had a sleep test.. it all depends on your surgeon!! and the good think any questions you can always call the Bariatric nurse in your surgeons office they will give you all the info needed!!!!...Good luck

Margie122 Congrats I didnt get any diet yet and also my weight fluctuates all the time with sucks and that is why I decided on taking this huge life style change I know the surgery is only a tool but It would make it much easier for me to lose the weight. I dont know yet the time I go in but also hoping is early...and I also love apples and peanut butter is a great snack!!!!...I gave up sodas..and my addiction chocolate I dont eat it no more because I dont know how to have a piece sucks but is true:(((..

Take it easy my ekg came back abnormal and then they did a stress test and I was ok... hopefully the heart doctort will clear you is up to him!!!!.
