I think thats why I get so nervous I hope nothing goes wrong ughhh I am praying alot!!!

Rowing machine is great one of my friends works out in the rowing machine. I had lost 25 pounds in 2 months just walking 3 miles and doing squats, sit ups.... I just find it very difficult because my ankles were killing me so I pushed my self really hard after surgery once surgeon says is ok I will go back to dancing and walking and some small weights I dont want to over do it and then stop I guess we just have to find what works for us, In my highschool years I went from size 22 to 9/10 just eating alot of salads and on the treadmill everyday but I was so obsessed with the weightloss that I started eating only once a day and ended up sick:(..Good luck and hopefully you find what works for you????

I have a friend she was sleeved a year ago and she is gaining weight already she is always eating out and drinking alcohol I truly think she is depressed had a divorce right after surgery and many life changes. I did mention to her that she didnt go through all those hoops and almost a year of prep to gain it all back and hopefully she will do something about it.

Omg yes lately I read a lot of negativity here there is always someone negative and mentally unstable but other than that everyone else is very helpful and supportive and I am happy we have other to share our journey with:)

True I have a couple of cousins and friends already making comments like oh becareful with loose skin blah blah blah so on I told them opinions are ok but no one will change my MIND!!!!

Good to know they are not small enough I had my doubts.

Hi I started taking biotin as I started the process I am a week away from surgery I was having hair loss due to stress and diabetes and it has helped with the hairloss. And ofcourse pretty clothes and I want to walk into tj maxx and find pretty outfits and walk up to a clearance rack and find a size medium 5 dollar shirt lol.....plus size clothing is too expensive and designers are most small not plus size they have no idea of our style or needs!!!!

Drink alot of water and powerade zero that what I drink and sometime too much water but since I am diabetic I am always thirsty lol...

You go Girl!!!..it sucks because they should atleast subtract like 3 pounds because all the clothes and then usually is good to weight in in morning my NUT used to do that but good for you for asking and having the opportunity to weight in again!!!!! Good luck:)
