Haven't been on here in a while ! Got tired of seeing people losing lots of weight and I wasn't. HW 260 SW 244 CW 221 Surgery was Aug 4th . BMI 40 now 38. before surgery

Thanks but in my mind i still look and feel exactly the same 260lbs but my I'm down from a 20 to a16 in pants . Really a 14 but I don't feel comfortable buying a 14 . And I went from a 3x shirt to a XL

My surgery anniversary is tomorrow and I am sooooo like you very disappointed. I have no scale , when I started the journey last November I was 273 . Pre surgery about 245 . So the surgeon on 8/10 I was 240. So my medical Dr. On 8/24 I was 232 . I go see my nut tomorrow . I see my clothes fitting different . I am walking every day 2 miles . But I swear when I look in the mirror I still see the 273 pound person! ????????! And I over think about everything I eat . To were I don't wanna eat.

My insurance paid 90% and I paid 10%. So I paid out of pocket $2500.

I had my surgery Aug 4th I have been eating shaved deli meat . I have a lot of cravings. But I don't give into them. I went back to work August 17th . I was bored and couldn't take being at home all day. I am mostly eating tuna, peanut butter , chili with 90% lean ground beef ,yogurt and protein shake . I haven't had in vomiting. I have been feeling great . But this food thing when to eat and how much . I just haven't caught on yet. I have to me not lost any weight but my clothes says other wise and my face. I don't weigh my self . Only when I go to the dr. 8/10 I was 240. 8/23 I was 232. Starting weight 245 day of surgery.

Any body still taking metformin after being sleeved?

I have tried everything nothing is working! Can I eat something wrong to make my sleeve dump?

I'm am passing plenty of gas ! I am drinking all my fluids and my stomach tells me that I need to go and I can almost feel it back there but I won't come out ! Sorry for the TMI I am walking everyday ! A mile are more everyday.

So I'm thinking my sugar levels are off.

I took two pills a day before surgery . I stopped the day of surgery and have been fine up into the last couple of days. I'm hungry all the time and craving something sweet soon after I eat.

I had survey 8/4 and when I was weighed on 8/10 I was only down 4 pounds ! That was disappointing ! I don't on a scale ! But I go back to the dr on Monday and I will be weighed again. I'll keep you posted!

I had help but I didn't utilize them because I wanted to walk as much as possible to get the gas out of my stomach.

It took a couple of days for me to sleep all night . I think it was about a week. But that's because I was napping all during the day off and on . I was sleeved Aug 4th

How is any one drinking a whole Isopure to get the 40 gram of protein ? And how long does it take you to drink it? It takes me all day and I still can't finish it! I can't drink the shakes. One last question can I mix the premiere protein powder with some diet snapple ?

My surgery was Aug 4th.

My Dr. Never weighed me before surgery. I asked why they didn't weigh me and the nurse said because they pump so much stuff in you during surgery.

I was sleeved Aug 4th and discharged Aug 5th.

Try Isopure . I was sleeved on 8/4 . I haven't threw up yet . It's been smooth sailing. Saw my DR. Today he said on Wed I can have yogurt , blended soups , grits ,oatmeal and cut down on the protein.

I was sleeved on Aug 4th . I haven't had any Nausea. Other than from the pain meds that I had them stop immediately in the hospital.

I was sleeved on 8/4 around 2:30 pm and I was home 8/5 by 2pm. I was not in any pain. I did walk a lot that night . My nurse kept saying are u going to sleep any. I took pain meds one time in the hospital but they made me really sick ! So I told the nurse not to give me anymore ! I have not took any kind of pain meds at all since I been home. I have had very little gas. I am having buyers remorse ! All I keep saying is what have I done! I want some pizza so dang on bad!

My surgery date is Aug 4th and I am on my second day of clear liquids????????????! Yesterday I drunk some Isopure the apple flavor is that considered a clear liquid? I am worried I shouldn't have but it was on my list for after the surgery so I thought I could drink it. Please someone tell me if I was right or wrong I'm going crazy worrying about it????❗️
