No activity on this thread for over almost a year! How's everyone doing? My HW 409 CW 246 unfortunately I've gotten back into bad habits and have been maintaining that number for about 8 months.....going to try 48 hr pouch reset I read about to see if I can give my pouch and brain a reboot.
